Attending the program were Dr. Mai Hai Chau – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director; Dr. Nguyen Van Phu - Vice President of the Trade Union, Head of the Training Department, PhD. Do Thi Hong - Head of the Women's Department, along with lecturers, heads of units, unions and all-female officials and employees, university labors.
Also at the ceremony, the Organizing Committee organized a karaoke singing contest to welcome October 20 for female officials and employees. The contest featured many songs with national influences and love for the homeland. The contest brought an exciting atmosphere, showing the solidarity of the contestants.
