On December 13, 2024, the Vietnam National University of Forestry at Dong Nai (VNUF2) had a working session with a delegation of experts from Hai Phong Trading Investment Company Limited.
On VNUF2's side, the working session attendees included Dr. Nguyen Sy Ha, Deputy Director in charge of the Branch; Associate Professor Dr. Mai Hai Chau, Deputy Director; and leaders of functional departments and specialized faculties.
The side of Hai Phong Trading Investment Company Limited included: Mr. Kaneya Manabu - Deputy Director of Hai Phong Group; Ms. Nguyen Chau Giang - General Director of the International Cooperation Department; Mr. Vu The Hiep - Head of International Cooperation Department 1; Mr. Kadowashi - Head of Marketing Department, Hai Phong Japan, and other experts in the delegation.
Contents and results of the working session
During the working session, Dr. Nguyen Sy Ha introduced an overview of VNUF2, outstanding achievements in training, scientific research, and international cooperation, emphasizing the potential for collaboration between the two units in the coming time.
Mr. Kaneya Manabu introduced Kioxia Group and provided information about many attractive job opportunities for VNUF2 students, especially in fields related to Toshiba Memory.
The two sides agreed to promote training cooperation, focusing on the following contents:
- Provided information on scholarship application conditions, procedures, and remuneration policies of Kioxia Group.
- Answered students' questions about opportunities to apply and work at large corporations such as Toshiba Memory.
The meeting took place in an atmosphere of cooperation and exchange, opening up many new development opportunities for VNUF2 students and lecturers.
